17,000 ft2 of prime lettable first floor office space in need of modernisation to CATA specification in order to be marketed:
PREPARATION:
Decommissioning and removal of gas fired boilers, hot water services, air handling units, ductwork and obsolete air conditioning systems.
SOLUTION:
Supply, installation and commissioning of VRF heat recovery air conditioning systems comprising of 40 indoor fan coil units, 4 external condensing unit modules and BMS compatible control system to enable the open space to be sub divided by any prospective tenant or tenants.
Fresh air was provided to excel maximum occupancy via 12 large capacity mechanical heat recovery ventilation systems and associated ductworks services to ensure distribution across the entire space proportional to any future sub division.
Domestic water and drainage installations, terminated and prepared for CATB stage.
